Barre is based on Ballet Workout, Pilates, and functional exercises. This class is an athletic version to tone your entire body. It is high intensity, low impact, and for every level of fitness.
We are using light weights, resistance bands and Bender Balls. These can be exchanged by household items like water bottles, towels and pillows.
Join in and tone your entire body! This class is offered 3x week and with a different focus each day to give you a well balanced workout routine.
